Salary Upto Rs. 3.84 Lacs per annum on 90:10 basis (offer will be basis
current package) 90% fixed & 10% variable based on
performance

Preferred Institutions Minimum Graduate from a reputable institutionJob Description:
- Work with Director - Sales on overall sales planning, operations management.
- TSI is responsible for overall sales revenue plan, channel expansion, brand team
coordination& accounts receivable in his respective territory
- Channel Expansion: Basis planning with Sales Director, TSI will drive appointment and
scale up of Regional Distributors, Retail partners and other T2 / T3 partners as per his
territory requirement.
- Sales Revenue Plan: TSI will be responsible for achieving the month wise planned unit and
value target including desired Sku mix
- Brand Team Engagement: TSI will ensure alignment, pro-active engagement & daily
coordination with the Asus team members in his respective territory
- Accounts Receivable: TSI will be responsible for timely payment collection related to sales
done with partners in his respective territory.

Additional Requirement:

- Should be willing to travel between 10 to 20+ days in a month (as per territory)
- Should be able to handle pressure.
- Fluency with MS Office
- Good territory market understanding & channel partner relationships
