The primary goal of this role is to spearhead the growth of the company's cables and wires portfolio and establish a high-performing sales operation in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:-     
Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive Territory sales strategy, setting aggressive short and long-term targets for revenue, market share, and profitability.
 -     
Channel Management: Oversee and drive both B2C and Trade Sales, and manage the Distributor and Direct Dealership network to ensure strong, strategic market coverage.
 -     
Key Account Relationships: Identify, nurture, and expand relationships with key industrial customers, contractors, distributors, and utility companies, including negotiating high-value contracts.
 -     
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a sales team (representatives, channel managers, key account managers), setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
 -     
Financial & Operations: Oversee the Territory P&L, forecast sales, manage budgets, and utilize CRM tools and sales analytics for detailed performance reporting.
 
We are looking for a result-oriented professional with deep industry knowledge and proven leadership skills.
| Criterion | Requirement | | | | | Experience | Minimum 3-4 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role within the cables, wires, or related electrical products industry. | | Qualification | Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with an MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing/Business Management. | | Critical Skills | Proven expertise in building and scaling a strong dealer/distributor network, exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, and a strong focus on achieving aggressive sales KPIs and profitability goals.
