Role Purpose:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of Astral's growth story in the Projects & Retail segment, building relationships, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong business relations with users, contractors & channel partners
Drive User Loyalty Programs & conduct user meetings with actionable outcomes
Map & engage with linked retailers/dealers and distributors
Organize dealer meets & promote Astral's Trubuild product range
Generate leads, drive site work, and ensure distributor operations are aligned with Astral CC business
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Diploma/B.Tech (Civil) is an added advantage
4–8 years' experience in Building Material / Paints / Construction Chemicals industry
Reporting To: State Head
Role Type: Individual Contributor
