Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager at AJURA LIFESCIENCES located in Delhi,Lucknow and Kanpur . The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within their assigned territory, maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also be responsible for market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing feedback to the management team. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring sales representatives within the territory.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales operations, specifically within the healthcare and lifesciences industry
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with healthcare professionals
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Market research and business development skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Science Graduate
- Min 2 years of Professional Experience
