Role:  Senior Project Manager - AV Contract Type:  Full-time, Permanent Location:  Mumbai (on-site) Salary : Competitive and negotiable dependent on experience, plus company benefits Key & essential skills required: Experience in an Audio Visual-specific Project Management role, working within the Banking industry is essential - please only apply if you possess this experience. As our business and client base continues to develop further, we now have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior AV Project Manager to join our team, working on-site at a major banking institution. Fostering a close relationship with main contractors, consultants and professional teams is key to ensuring Kinly’s Projects are delivered on time and on budget. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing project budgets and schedules, fostering external collaboration with clients and 3rd parties, plus internal coordination with Project & supplementary teams. Key responsibilities: Ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our client’s satisfaction, and in compliance with all contract requirements. Full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously Preparing and managing project schedules and budgets, and providing updates on commercial performance and forecasting Communicating project progress and status, both internally and with the clients Managing project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labour Overseeing project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & Programmers Forecasting invoicing and work effort throughout portfolio Travelling to project/customer sites will be required in this position, as projects demand Facilitating quality assurance requirements as/where necessary Fully managing all elements of logistical requirements across a portfolio of projects Maintaining a high standard of project delivery principles  If you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.
