Company Description We are a Mumbai-based Audio Visual and Office Technology firm ( Part of Elite Copier Solutions Pvt Ltd.) , providing end-to-end AV conferencing, collaboration, and presentation solutions to enterprise and government clients. We specialize in design, integration, and support of AV systems — including displays, audio processors, cameras, control systems, and collaboration software. We are now expanding our AV Sales & Integration vertical, and looking for a Business Head to lead it as an independent P&L. You will lead the AV Sales & Integration business — from opportunity generation to project delivery. This includes managing OEM relationships, leading solution sales, ensuring profitable project execution, and mentoring a cross-functional team of sales engineers, design specialists, and service staff. Own end-to-end P&L for AV Integration vertical (Revenue, Margin, CCC). · Develop business in corporate, education, and government sectors. · Lead a team of Sales Managers and Solution Engineers . · Coordinate tender participation (GeM and private), pre-bid clarifications, documentation, and margin control. · Oversee project execution in coordination with technical & service teams. · Maintain quality and margin through structured Deal Desk & pricing guardrails . · Ensure smooth client handover and AMC initiation post project completion. · Drive recurring business through AMCs and upgrades. . Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). 5 + years of experience in AV / UC / Collaboration industry . · Strong track record in solution selling and project integration . · Experience handling enterprise & government clients (tenders or RFPs). · Understanding of project costing, BOQ creation, margin calculation, and cash flow . · Technical understanding of AV systems (switching, audio DSPs, control processors, displays). Experience in AV system design or project management . · Familiarity with AVaaS (AV-as-a-Service) or AMC-based revenue models . · Business acumen and margin discipline. · Technical awareness with commercial focus. · OEM and client relationship management. . Project delivery accountability.
