The vice president of revenue will report tothe companys CEO and be responsible for all revenuegeneratingprocesses. As the Vice President of Revenue you will play a pivotalrole in driving revenue growth by identifying new channels ofrevenue spearheading new business efforts and expandingrelationships with existing clients. You will sit on our LeadershipTeam and collaborate with other leaders to drive our revenuestrategy and further solidify us as a leader in the SFR industry.This role will own our gotomarket strategy and manage our revenuelifecycle with a holistic and growthcentricmindset. Responsibilities
  • SalesLeadership You have been both an IC and leader inthe sales world. Ideally with a mix of both new & existingclient experience you know how to bring in new clients andstrengthen relationships with existingones.
  • RevenueDevelopment Youll be developing and executing thecompanys revenue strategy. Youve previously led or played a keyrole in this function and you know where tostart.
  • NewBusiness You have experience overseeing salesplanning pipeline management reporting & forecasting developingteam KPIs & comp plans and improving new logo acquisitionrates.
  • MultifunctionalLeadership Managing and streamlining multiplefunctions isnt new to you. You know how to eliminate barrierswithin revenue operations and ensure effectiveness across amultitude ofdepartments.
  • GotoMarketExpertise Youll spearhead our gotomarket strategyregularly conducting market research and competitive analysis.Youve overseen this before and know the bestapproach.
  • MarketingKnowledge This may have been your full focus in aprevious role a function that you worked closely with in acrossfunctional capacity or a department you managed. Yourecomfortable exploring creating and delivering value to meet theneeds of your targetmarket.
  • Building andScaling Youve effectively built and scaledteams.
  • MarketInsight Youre used to keeping up with emergingindustry trends competitors activities and product developments andunderstand the importance of datadriven decisions when it comes torevenue.
Qualifications andEducation Requirements
  • 10 to 15 yearsof experience working in similar role at scalingstartups
  • Masters from Top tieruniversity
  • Strong understanding of broadcastingmarketing promotion and collectionstandards.
  • Experience working on turn aroundand find new revenue opportunities.
  • Excellentleadership and coaching ability; can successfully coach others insales practices.
  • Deep understanding of localmarkets customers and competitors in order to target needs anddrive sales.
  • Adept at creating productivelongterm customer relationships.
  • Excellentability to organize prioritize andmultitask.
  • Can push self and others to achieveand excel in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Excellent business and peopledecisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonalskills and collaboration withothers.
