Job Description:

As the Business Analyst cum Chief of Staff for the VP of Operations at Healthifyme, you will

play a pivotal role in supporting the VP in strategic decision-making, process optimization,

and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of key tasks,

including strategy deployment, metrics oversight, planning and running reviews, project

management, problem-solving, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Deployment: Assist the VP in deploying the operational strategy, ensuring

alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Work closely with cross-functional

teams to drive strategic initiatives.

2. Metrics Oversight: Oversee and analyse service delivery metrics on a day-to-day,

week-on-week, month-on-month, and quarter-on-quarter basis. Identify trends and

patterns to make data-informed decisions and drive improvements in service quality,

renewal, and referral revenue.

3. Planning and Running Reviews: Collaborate with the VP to plan and conduct reviews

of operational processes and projects. Monitor progress and ensure initiatives are on

track to achieve desired outcomes.

4. Prioritization and Project Management: Support the VP in prioritizing high-impact

projects and guide their successful execution. Engage with cross-functional teams to

drive alignment, overcome roadblocks, and deliver results.

5. Business Problem Break-down and Analytics: Independently break down complex

business problems and conduct data analytics to gather relevant insights. Utilize

data-driven analysis to propose solutions and support decision-making.

6. Empathy and Team Support: Demonstrate empathy and patient listening while

interacting with the team of expert health coaches and team leaders. Provide

objective reviews and appropriate responses to address nuanced people issues.

Summarise the pulse of the team and support the VP in taking appropriate decisions

that foster a positive and productive work environment.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among various teams to drive

process improvement projects. Advocate for prioritisation of key initiatives and

ensure seamless coordination across departments.

8. Efficiency and Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational

efficiency and service quality based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

Translate findings into actionable process changes and improvement projects.

9. Data-Driven Decision Making: Work extensively with data, slicing and dicing it to

derive meaningful insights. Support the VP in making informed decisions based on

data analysis and trends.

Qualifications and Competencies:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A

master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Chief of Staff, or similar role in a

technology or healthcare industry, with a focus on service delivery and process

improvement.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic

decision-making.

4. Ability to write SQL query or willingness to learn the same.

5. Experience in project management and prioritisation of high-impact initiatives with

cross-functional teams.

6. Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to independently conduct data analytics

to generate insights.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse

stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and active listening.

8. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a bias for action.

9. Energy and enthusiasm in driving positive change and motivating teams.

10. Familiarity with the health and fitness industry is advantageous.
