Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Market analysis, Product Analysis, identifying and building relationship with the leadership team.

· Communicating regularly with clients to understand needs, evaluate current product uses and cross-sell new products.

· Liaison with PR, Finance, Marketing, Design, and Sourcing, MIS, and Tech teams to bring deals effectively and efficiently to closure.

· Identify and develop relationships with potential strategic partners to enhance business growth.

· To Work on lead generation campaigns to generate revenue for the E-commerce website.

· Conflict Management and negotiation skills between clients.

· To be a Key account manager for all the partnerships - managing crises with ease in different situations. Recognize, cultivate, and strengthen key strategic relationships within clients and organizations.

· Develop strong field Alliance relationships by actively promoting the partnership both internally and externally.

· To Lead various rounds of discussions for partner enablement, Training Sessions, RFP discussions, legal agreements such as Partnership and Involved in the establishment of CXO connection.

· Interacting with Clients at various levels, including VP and Director level, Alliance Directors, Counterparts and Collaborating with cross-functional teams from sales, legal, marketing, finance, and delivery. Supporting.

· Delivery teams in the establishment of centres of excellence (COE), technical training, and competency development.

· To manage customer operations setting up agendas, planning, hosting, and managing client visits.
