The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

 

Responsibilities


  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and attract new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR consulting team to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and identify new business prospects.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience preferably in HR consultancy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
