Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team at Web. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals.

Required Skills

Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResult-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targetsKnowledge of industry trends and competitor activitiesProficiency in MS OfficeExperience in strategic planning and market research is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold callingBuild strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholdersUnderstand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needsDevelop and implement effective sales and marketing strategiesNegotiate contracts and close dealsAchieve sales targets and meet KPIsProvide accurate sales forecasts and reportsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
