Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and enhance sales operations, build go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and drive revenue growth within the Digital Transformation domain. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, diligent, and reliable, with a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, creating proposals, and nurturing leads. Proficiency in working with enterprise technologies such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other digital transformation tools is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

1.) Sales Strategy and GTM Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue.
  • Build and refine sales roadmaps to align with organizational goals and ensure scalability and sustainability.

2.) Cold Outreach and Lead Generation:

  • Plan, execute, and lead cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Leverage LinkedIn automation tools to optimize prospecting and outreach efforts, ensuring consistent and efficient engagement.

3.) Proposal Development and Deal Structuring:

  • Draft detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for quotes.
  • Conduct business modeling to structure competitive deals that align with client needs and ensure profitability.

4.) Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Lead ABM initiatives to target high-value accounts with personalized marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored campaigns for specific industries, verticals, and clients.

5.) CRM Expertise and Operations:

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.

6.) Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions to nurture leads and deepen relationships.
  • Proactively follow up on each lead, driving them through the sales funnel to successful conversion.

7.) Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging, proposals, and service delivery.
  • Build internal collaboration frameworks to streamline proposal creation, deal negotiations, and project handoffs.


Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA from a top-tier business school is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Digital Transformation, IT services, or technology solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Workday, Zoho, HubSpot, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Basic understanding of the capabilities, use cases, and business value of these technologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be highly detail-oriented, diligent, and reliable in managing tasks and delivering results.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in building GTM strategies, sales roadmaps, and executing ABM campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring complex business deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn automation tools, CRM systems, and proposal drafting tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive Mindset: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at managing multiple leads simultaneously.
