Responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for building deep insights and solutions into the IT requirements of various business segments in India in order to better help IT business leaders best serve their internal customers.
  • You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, and managing the customer, thereby contributing directly to the company's success. Ultimately, you will be driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging Dexians vast resources to solve customer problems and priorities.
  • You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships with GCC clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives effectively.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales, or account manager.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite. Preferably also technology and productivity tools.
