Role Overview:We are looking for dynamic and motivated graduates and MBA students to join our team as Sales Interns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, work closely with industry experts, and make a tangible impact on our business growth. If you are eager to learn, passionate about sales, and ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you

Working Hours:Monday to FridayFlexible hours as required by sales activities

Stipend:Competitive stipend with additional incentives based on sales conversions.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the comprehensive range of services offered by GST Manager.Nurture and manage leads through effective communication and relationship-building.Convert leads into customers through persuasive selling techniques.Conduct physical sales marketing, including meeting new contacts and potential clients.Perform cold calling to generate new business opportunities.Develop and execute strategies to bring in new customers for the company.Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.Attend networking events and conferences to promote GST Manager’s services.Provide regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market activities to ensure proactive engagement with potential clients.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA candidates preferred.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Prior internship or coursework experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
