Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated graduates and MBA students to join our team as Sales Interns. Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours as required by sales activities
Stipend:

Responsibilities
- Understand the comprehensive range of services offered by GST Manager.
- Nurture and manage leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Convert leads into customers through persuasive selling techniques.
- Conduct physical sales marketing, including meeting new contacts and potential clients.
- Perform cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to bring in new customers for the company.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote GST Manager’s services.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market activities to ensure proactive engagement with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA candidates preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior internship or coursework experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
