Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated graduates and MBA students to join our team as Sales Interns. Working Hours:

  •  Monday to Friday
  • Flexible hours as required by sales activities

Responsibilities

  • Understand the comprehensive range of services offered by GST Manager.
  • Nurture and manage leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Convert leads into customers through persuasive selling techniques.
  • Conduct physical sales marketing, including meeting new contacts and potential clients.
  •  Perform cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to bring in new customers for the company.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  •  Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  •  Attend networking events and conferences to promote GST Manager’s services.
  •  Provide regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market activities to ensure proactive engagement with potential clients.


Requirements:

  •  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA candidates preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior internship or coursework experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
