Roles & Responsibilities:Building Sales Funnel (Generating Leads) - The BDM should get the right contacts of residential complex by ways of Scouting Procuring Databases- Online and offline, Builders, Brokers etc.Fix meetings - The BDM will be responsible for arranging meetings for the CPS-Junction demo and discussion. Product Demo - The BDM should be well-versed with the entire product suite to conduct a face-to-face demo session.Follow-up and Relationship Building - The BDM should try to build a very good relationship with the decision-makers of the management committee.Requirements and skillsProven workingexperience as a Business Development Manager or a relevant role for minimum 4yrs.Proficiency in English/Hindi/Local must.Communication and negotiationskillsIdentify and develop new market opportunities for the company's products/services.Responsible for assigned over all targets for the defined Location and its day to day achievable.QualificationGraduation/Post Graduation/ and MBA (Marketing) would be an welcoming AdvantagesMinimum 4 years of proven track record in Business Sales.Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalTechnical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements Experience 3 - 4 Years No. of Openings 2 Education M.B.A/PGDM, Professional Degree Role Director Business Development Industry Type IT-Hardware & Networking / IT-Software / Software Services Gender Male Job Country India Type of Job Full Time Work Location Type Work from Office
