They also have an Institute of Innovation (IOI) providing residential job-ready programs and have raised funding from Hornbill Capital, Lightspeed Ventures, Westbridge, and GSV Ventures.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, making cold calls and visits, delivering product presentations, and negotiating sales deals. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions while coordinating with the sales team and other departments to achieve business goals.QualificationsStrong Sales and Negotiation skillsExcellent Communication and Presentation skillsAbility to conduct Market Research and identify potential clientsExperience in Customer Relationship ManagementAbility to meet Sales Targets and work under pressureProficiency in using sales-related software and toolsAvailability to work on-site in BhubaneswarBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredRelevant experience in the education sector is a plus
