Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales through direct interactions. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to promote products/services.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a related role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
