The Role: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive professional to join our team in the Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the banking and IT service sector, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Sales Process Management: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing deals. Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions for trade finance. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth, always. Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, especially in digital lending, trade and supply chain financing, and emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and Automation. Advise clients on the value of our solutions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sales support. We're Hiring: Business Development Executive Location: Bhubaneswar Open Positions: 15-20 Industry: IT Services – Software Development, Website & App Development, AI development and Automation, Telecom and networking Ideal Profile: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or MCA, BE in IT/comp.sc, BSc IT/Comp Sc, Diploma in IT/ comp Sc. MBA/ PGDBM in IT or Marketing, or a related field. 0-1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking and financial services sector. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of digital lending, trade finance, and supply chain financing.
