Responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining customers for the Chitty (Chit Fund) schemes, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Promote and market various chitty schemes to potential customers.
  • Identify, approach, and enroll new customers for chitties.
  • Conduct presentations, customer meetings, and campaigns for scheme awareness.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure renewals and referrals.
  • Provide personalized service to high-value members.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and grievances promptly.

3. Operations & Documentation

  • Ensure accurate documentation and agreement preparation for chitty enrollment.
  • Collect required KYC documents and verify authenticity.
  • Coordinate with branch operations team for auction, prize money disbursement, and collection schedules.
  • Monitor monthly installment collections and follow up for overdue payments.

4. Auction & Payment Handling

  • Assist in conducting monthly chitty auctions.
  • Guide customers on auction procedures, bidding process, and prize disbursement.
  • Ensure timely payout to prize winners and proper recording of transactions.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Adhere to company policies and statutory regulations related to chit funds.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports on chitty enrollments, collections, defaults, and auctions.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to management.

6. Recovery & Collections

  • Follow up on pending installments and overdue customers.
  • Coordinate with collection executives for timely recovery.
  • Take corrective measures to reduce defaults and improve collection efficiency.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Customer relationship management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of chit fund operations and compliance.
  • Sales and target-oriented mindset.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
