Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Executive based in Thrissur to join our dedicated team at Sai Service Pvt Ltd. This full-time, mid-level position is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience, specifically in roles requiring strong customer relationship management within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering new relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and plans to meet sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest actionable insights and improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive and updated records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
