Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Bengaluru. The Sous Chef will assist the Production manager in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, sourcing ingredients, and working closely with the culinary team to develop new menus and recipes. The Sous Chef will also be involved in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to maintain a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
Qualifications
Note: - Need Indian Cuisine Chef
- Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage inventory and source ingredients
- Creativity in menu planning and recipe development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Formal culinary education or equivalent experience preferred
