Job Description
Location: -Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad
HCL VZ Ecosystem Business Unit is looking for BDM to drive growth for the VZ Portfolio through HCL and contribute into the solutions/initiatives from the Technology Partner.
This role involves providing strong sales abilities, business development activities in positioning HCL offerings around client portfolio to target customers/markets in collaboration with HCL and VZ Sales teams.
Desired Skills -
Work with the Sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities, to identify key customer technical objections and to develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to business transactions.
Manage Relationship with Verizon Business Teams in the region and drive business together.
Primarily responsible for researching and identifying business opportunities & generating leads.
Target identification and classification for Verizon opportunities
Develop and acquire new customers and up sell to existing customers for new revenue opportunities.
Works across NORAM to create a market for defined Verizon offerings and services, and to qualify and develop opportunities within those markets
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how HCL offerings along with Verizon products meets client needs
Business Development/Sales background that enables to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, including CXO-levels of the business and IT
Prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan business objective
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies
Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
Possess the technical ability to explain Cloud Computing, Infrastructure solutions & Internet architectures
Responsible to establish and grow business and technical relationships and managing the day-to-day interactions with partners and internal sales teams.
Experience with Networks, Security, Unified Communication, PaaS and IaaS technologies on public or hybrid cloud platforms.
The candidate should possess both a business/sales background that enables them to engage at the CXO level and field level, as well as strong technical competency focused on the IT landscape and cloud computing.
Must have skills-
· 18- 20+ years over all work experience plus experience in different techno-commercial roles
· Direct Experience in Sales/Business Development in Global Market
· Must have expertise and exposure to System Integration in infra Space.
Experience on Selling Solutions around VZ – Networks/Security/Cloud/Unified Communications across Enterprises or Service Providers portfolio’s.
· Direct Experience in VZ Business Development/Managing Alliances with VZ or VZ GSI partners or HCL experience preferred
· Rich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business and Outsourcing markets and partnership management.
· Large & Complex Deal Exposure
· Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
