Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a background in School ERP sales, Publications in Academics, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the education sector, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target prospective clients, including school and college owners, to promote and sell our B2B educational products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in School ERP sales, Publications in Academics, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region and work flexible hours as needed.
Self-disciplined with a high level of motivation and drive to succeed.
