Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets for JEE/NEET programs.
Identify and engage with potential students and parents through various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings).
Conduct presentations and information sessions to promote Academia Prime's courses and offerings.
Follow up with prospective students to provide additional information and answer any queries.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads for JEE/NEET programs.
Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the institute's website.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, banners).
Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote Academia Prime.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Gather feedback from students and parents to improve the overall experience and offerings of Academia Prime.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in education marketing and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of JEE/NEET competitive exams and the preparation landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
