Qualifications
·       Btech/MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
·      Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the oil, gas, and water industry.
·      In-depth knowledge of the water, oil, and gas sector customers, including market dynamics, trends, and key players.
·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
·      Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive results.
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Job Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the oil and gas sector.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the oil and gas industry.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry players, suppliers, and service providers to enhance our offerings and market presence.
Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the oil and gas sector.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for market expansion and diversification within the oil and gas sector, including new regions and segments.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while mitigating risks associated with business operations.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
