This is a mid level position in the sales function. It is an Individual contributor role where the person is responsible to generate new business opportunities from specific given countries in the European market from Banking vertical for the purpose of sales.
Responsibilities
Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers.
Develop and grow the Banking sector business for Newgen products & solution
Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
Meet Quarterly & Annual Target for the Sales.
Work closely with Pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to WIN the deals.
Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts.
Proactively scan the market, Do research, Connect with Marketing, Cold Calling to generate leads.
Manage Customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of Selling Software Products/Solutions in Banking sector.
Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
Ability to do connect with desired stake holders & do mapping of Key Decision Makers and Key Influential’s at CXO levels.
