Business Development Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at Anand and Anand , you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs while collaborating closely with our legal teams to deliver exceptional service. Your role will encompass a combination of client management, business development, and strategic planning to drive client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to continuously improve client experience.
Business Development:
Work collaboratively with partners and attorneys to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive intelligence, and potential areas for growth.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute client engagement strategies aligned with firm objectives.
Analyse client data and metrics to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and client retention.
Stay informed about industry developments, legal trends, and regulatory changes that may impact client relationships.
Participate in strategic planning meetings to contribute insights and recommendations for enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree from Tier1/2 B School.
Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience in client management, business development
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful client engagement strategies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
Strong business insight and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
