Export Sales Executive

3. Market Research: Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential export markets, assess demand, and understand customer needs and preferences is essential.
4. Language Skills: Fluency in one or more foreign languages is highly desirable. This skill will enable effective communication with international clients and the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
5. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen is necessary, including the ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage customer relationships effectively to drive revenue growth.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
7. Networking Abilities: The ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the aquaculture industry and across different regions is critical for identifying new opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential export markets, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and manage documentation for international shipments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and marketing to optimize export processes.
- Represent Starke Aquacare Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales management
- Proven track record of successfully generating export leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of export regulations, compliance standards, and international trade practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
