Lithium-Ion:

Job Profile:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International/Export Sales Senior Manager/AGM to drive our global sales efforts in the power electronics/electrical components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in international sales, particularly within the electrical/electronics industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive export sales growth in target countries including Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria.
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities for our OEM business in the countries.
Identify and evaluate potential markets, customers, and distribution partners within the assigned regions, and establish strong business relationships to expand market share.
Actively prospect and acquire new customers and distribution channels, leveraging industry contacts, trade shows, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends in target countries.
Trademark (Brand) Registration and Certification: Get brand and trademark registration and pre-shipment certification in the target country.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network of contacts.
Experience And Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record of success in international/exports sales, with a 7 to 15 years of experience in the electronics/electrical manufacturing industry.
The Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in International OEM sales
Strong understanding of electrical products, and applications, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
