Role Description
We are seeking a personable and customer-focused Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team full-time in Vadodara. This job requires to be physically present in the office. In this role, you will focus on building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients rather than pushing hard sales. You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored AI solutions to support their growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and driving business growth through meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with SMEs and mid-sized businesses to introduce PredictForce’s AI solutions.
- Engage with potential clients through relationship-driven outreach, listening to their needs and helping them understand how AI can support their business.
- Represent PredictForce at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
- Help clients navigate the buying process with a consultative approach, offering solutions that address their business challenges.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution implementation.
- Meet business growth targets while focusing on the long-term success and satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications:
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric: A natural people-person who enjoys helping others and has a customer-first attitude.
- Consultative Approach: Experience in understanding client needs and recommending solutions based on those needs, without a pushy sales approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can engage a variety of clients.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, account management, or customer service.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Excited about working in a dynamic, startup environment with a focus on growth and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in relationship-based sales, customer service, or account management.
- Experience working with SMEs or in the technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
