Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to research scholars, academicians, and institutions who need research support.

  • company services like proposal writing, thesis, dissertation, research papers, and journal publications.

  • Generate new leads, follow up with clients, and close deals.

  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

  • Work with the technical and research team to understand services and deliver client requirements.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

  • Explore new markets and business opportunities for growth.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

  • Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.

  • Knowledge of research/academic services will be an advantage.

  • Strong team coordination and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3-8 years of experience in sales/business development (education/research domain preferred).
