Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Executive – A2P Messaging located in Srinagar. The Support Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting SMS aggregation services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of OTPs, promotional messages, and real-time notifications. The role involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining records, handling phone communications, and offering executive administrative support to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include using clerical skills to manage documentation, ensuring all communications are prompt and professional, and coordinating with clients and team members to resolve any issues.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Experience in the telecommunications or messaging industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
