Job Description

1.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region.
2.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, channel partners/distributors, retailers, end consumers.
3.
Manage growth in the region in Automotive Aftermarket based on inputs received from various market research surveys.
4.
Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
5.
Analyse the sales reports on regular basis to track performance and formulate strategies for improvements.
6.
Liaisoning with Corp & regional Marketing team for ATL/BTL activities , product launch etc.
