Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an OTA Channel Manager at CYC Group, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The OTA Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing channel sales and channel partners. The role also involves sales activities and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the OTA Channel Manager will be responsible for OTA integration.
Qualifications
- Channel Sales and Channel Partners skills
- OTAs Tie up and Integration
- Candidates form OTS and hotel background preferred
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
