KeyResponsibilities

vManagingvarious aspects of HR Functions including Manpower Planning TalentManagement Culture Building T&D Performance ManagementCompensation & Benefits Payroll Management Compliance andBusinessPartnering

vMaintainingvarious policies like Performance Improvement Plan PolicyCompensatoryOff Policy Employee Onboarding Policy Transfer PolicySeparation Policy Whistle Blower Policy Working hours &Leave Policy and Disciplinary ActionPolicy

vAdvisingthe management on critical issues and employee management trendsthrough HR metrics andreporting

vImplementingHR programs & policiesinduction training transfersconfirmations appraisals & policyclarification

vDesigning& planning induction and orientation plans which includecommunicating the job role and individual KRAs to the employees forensuring transparency in thesystem

vPerformingthe recruitment function as per the planned manpower budget;sourcing candidates from multiple channels to attract the besttalent

vFormulatingthe KPIs /KRAs / PMS / Goal Sheets for the appraisal process andensuring the pay hikes are inline with company standards andperformance and clearly aligned to individual payawards

vPlanning& conducting employee engagements & developmentprograms; ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances& maintaining cordial employeerelations

vMonitoringadherence to statutory regulations & compliance withvarious governmentalagencies

vSteeringmultiple employee engagement activities such as preparation ofannual employee engagement calendar and organizing events based onthe engagementcalendar

vLeadingthe development & implementation of required environmentaloccupational health and safety (EHS) programs and procedures toprotect the safety & health of employees to comply withgood environmentalpractices

vSupervisingthe Performance Appraisal Process facilitated PRDs (PerformanceReview Discussions) and monitored deviations ifany


Requirements

Qualification& experience: MBA(HR) with 15 20 Yrs. experience in ITHardware/IT Servicesindustry
