Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR at one of our clients in Noida. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Additionally, the Assistant Manager HR will assist in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.


Note: candidate from manufacturing industry will be given preference.
