We arelooking for a skilled and experienced Associate HR to manage the HRoperations of our organization. The ideal candidate should haveexperience in managing endtoend HR operations including recruitmentonboarding employee engagement performance management andcompliance.
Responsibilities:
- AttendanceManagement:
- Manageemployee attendance records and ensure timelyupdates.
- Monitoremployee attendance and leave requests and ensure compliance withcompany policies and labourlaws.
- Prepareattendance reports and present them to management asrequired.

- Planand coordinate new employee onboarding and inductionprograms.
- Ensurethe smooth transition of new employees into theorganization.
- Managethe complete process of employee documentation and datamanagement.

- PayrollManagement:
- Manageendtoend payroll processing for allemployees.
- Calculatesalaries bonuses and other payments and ensure timely payments toemployees.
- Ensurecompliance with tax laws and other statutoryrequirements.
- Maintainaccurate payroll records and prepare reports asrequired.
- Manageendtoend payroll processing for allemployees.
- EmployeeEngagement:
- Developand implement employee engagementprograms.
- Conductemployee surveys and analyze results to improve employeesatisfaction andretention.
- Facilitatecommunication and engagement amongemployees.

- PerformanceManagement:
- Managethe performance management process including goal setting midyearand annual appraisals and performance improvementplans.
- Ensuretimely completion of the performance management process andfacilitate communication between managers andemployees.

- Compliance:
- Ensurecompliance with labour laws andregulations.
- Maintainuptodate records of employee documentation and ensure that they arein compliance with legalrequirements.

Requirements
- Master/ Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or relatedfield.
- Minimumof 12 years of experience in HRoperations.
- Strongknowledge of HR practices policies andprocedures.
- Experiencein recruitment employee engagement and performancemanagement.
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and organizationalskills.
- Abilityto work independently and collaboratively as part of ateam.
- Strongattention to detail and ability to manage multiplepriorities.
- Proficientin using HR information systems and Microsoft Officeapplications.
- Anygraduate: Any specialization
- Anypostgraduate: Anyspecialization
Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
