The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads within the target market. Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to understand their financing needs.
- Product Knowledge and Sales: Deep understanding of Construction Finance, Textile Sector, business loans, LAP, LRD, and Agri loan products. Present and explain financial solutions to clients, emphasizing their benefits. Customize loan offerings to meet the unique financial requirements of clients.
- Loan Application Processing: Assist clients with the loan application process, including documentation and compliance requirements. Follow up on loan applications to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
- Sales Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for various loan products. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all loan-related activities adhere to financial regulations and compliance standards. Collect and maintain accurate client documentation.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries or concerns.
- Preferred Qualifications Background in law, with experience as a lawyer or advocate, specifically in construction finance is preferred.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Finance Manager or Loan Operations / Credit Operations / Collateral Management role, ideally within the Corporate Banking and the Financial Services Industry industry.
- You have working knowledge of business Loans, lap, agri Loan, Lrd and client relation management
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
