The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. The HR Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees. Oversee Employee onboarding processes and facilitate new employee orientation. Manage Payroll and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage Employee Exit and Full & final settlement process Manage the Performance Management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and updates as needed. Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Partner with senior management to drive Employee Engagement Programs at the Corporate level and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Manage HR staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities as needed. Responsible for Managing HR Compliance Manage the Background Verification process Job Requirement Skills and Experience: 10-15 years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success in overseeing HR operations in a fast-paced environment. MBA in HR from a premier Business School Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, with knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
