UPBS Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Business Development Head
to lead our international sales for Website Development & Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve monthly revenue targets (individual and team).
  • Identify, generate, and nurture international leads via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Pitch and close deals for SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development services.
  • Manage international projects and build long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor, train, and guide the sales team for consistent performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • 8–15 years of proven IT/Digital Marketing sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with international client handling experience.
  • Target-driven mindset with a successful revenue-generation track record.
