Business Development Head (Websites & Digital Marketing)

UPBS Private Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Head to lead international sales for website development and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the Business Development team to achieve monthly individual and team revenue targets


• Identify, generate, and nurture international leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls


• Pitch and close deals for services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development


• Work on international projects and maintain long-term client relationships


• Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement

Requirements:


• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)


• 8–15 years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role


• Strong negotiation, closing skills, and experience handling virtual international client meetings


• Target-driven mindset with proven track record in revenue generation
