Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Senior Agency Sales Manager. The Senior Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Insurance Consultants, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include recruiting and training new consultants, providing ongoing support and motivation, conducting performance reviews, and implementing effective marketing and sales campaigns. The role will require strong communication and leadership skills to ensure the achievement of company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in life Insurance sales, team management, and leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales management and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
