Role Summary

We are seeking a
senior, entrepreneurial leader
—an MBA (top-tier) or ex-founder (YC/Techstars/seed-to-scale experience)—to join us as an
Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR)
.

As EiR, you will work directly with the founders of Adara and our portfolio companies, helping to
design, validate, and scale new ventures.
You'll bring both
strategic acumen
and
operator grit
—able to craft a financial model in the morning, pitch investors by afternoon, and guide execution by evening.

This is not a spectator role—you'll be in the cockpit.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders & CXOs to
  incubate, launch, and scale
  ventures.
• Lead strategy sprints:
  market research, customer validation, financial modeling.
• Support fundraising:
  deck creation, investor outreach, structuring.
• Act as interim
  CoS / growth lead / product strategist
  within ventures.
• Build and manage
  cross-functional teams
  (operators, analysts, domain experts).
• Translate strategic vision into measurable execution milestones.

Qualifications

• MBA from a
  top-tier program
  (INSEAD, Booth, Kellogg, HBS, Wharton, ISB, IIMs) OR ex-founder with strong scaling experience (YC/Techstars/Sequoia Surge etc.).
• 5–10 years of experience in
  startups, consulting, VC/PE, or corporate strategy.
• Strong financial modeling, growth strategy, and product-market fit understanding.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and networking skills.
• Bias for action: thrives in ambiguity, startup chaos, and high-stakes situations.
