Position Overview
We're seeking a creative, execution-focused Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Marketing who will work directly with our Co-Founder to build our brand across digital channels, in-venue experiences, and press opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who understands culture and can produce compelling strategy while navigating the complexities of alcohol marketing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Focus - 60%)
Develop and execute a high-cadence content calendar across relevant platforms
Create engaging, shareable social content that drives organic growth without direct product advertising
Produce photography and video assets that tell our brand story while navigating alcohol marketing restrictions
Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
Track social metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance
- Experiential & Trade Marketing (25%)
Design compelling shopper marketing experiences and point-of-sale collateral
Coordinate co-branded events with bar and retail partners
Execute sampling activations and brand experiences
Build relationships with on-premise accounts and support their promotional needs
Contribute to trade show and industry event planning
- PR & Brand Partnerships (15%)
Assist in developing PR pitches and media relationships
Support press outreach and interview coordination
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
Help craft brand messaging that resonates with our target audience
Maintain press kit and media assets

What We Are Looking For
A builder's mindset - if you have this we will figure out the rest.
1+ years of marketing/trade marketing experience, preferably in beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Demonstrated ability to create engaging social content that drives engagement
Strong visual eye. proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is great to have
Experience with social media management and content planning
Self-starter mentality with ability to execute independently with minimal supervision
Understanding of how to build brand awareness within regulated marketing constraints
