About Wishlink

Wishlink is on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop. We&aposre all about providing every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want, in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience severalfold. We are shaping a new era at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet- e-commerce and social media.

Team and Investors

Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did) We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 200cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

Wishlink presents an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup, and be an integral part of this dynamic journey.

What would you be doing

Roll up your sleeves and take on high-leverage projects whether its building a business model, setting up a process, or cracking a distribution hack.

You will work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration

Build business cases, run fast experiments (market research, MVPs, proof of concepts, GTM pilots) to drive business growth.

Build and manage execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, operations, etc.) to build and scale initiatives.

Redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.

What are we looking for

Educational background Graduation from top tier institutions

Experience (12 years) Preference for management consulting background, or heavy problem solving roles in early stage start-ups

Skillsets

Problem solving & strategic thinking: Ability to break down unstructured problems, think in first principles, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.

Ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution.

Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Ownership & Multitasking: High sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.

Strong communication skills: Can articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and synthesize insights.
