Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The EIR will work closely with our leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and foster innovation across the company.Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for investment or expansion.
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, services, or business lines that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry partners, and entrepreneurs, to support business development and partnership opportunities.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new initiatives or business opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to minimize risk and maximize success.
- Monitor and track the performance of strategic initiatives and investments, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

What are we looking for:

- Passion for reforming education
- 3 - 5 years in Consulting + Startup Experience
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
