Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Specialist at HighApe in Bengaluru. The Customer Specialist will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing support, utilizing analytical skills, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Fresher or 1-2 Years of experience in customer facing role
  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Customer Support and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A hustler with a cool-as-a-cucumber demeanour
  • Unwavering "never let go" attitude
