Position Overview :
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our Chennai team. This on-site role involves providing top-notch customer support by resolving technical issues and helping customers optimize their use of our platform. If you are a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via calls and chats, providing friendly and helpful support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using basic log-checking skills.
Use creative problem-solving to find innovative solutions for customer challenges.
Stay informed about Klenty’s product features, updates, and common issues.
Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve support processes.
Work in rotational shifts to support customers during peak hours.
Qualifications :
Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques and technical issue resolution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information.
Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support peers.
Prior customer support experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Additional Requirements :
Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
