Skylar Consultancy is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving user problems with computer software and hardware. This includes fielding support calls, chat, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently. They will also be able to identify hardware and software solutions, diagnose and repair faults, resolve network issues, and install and configure hardware and software.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and develop your skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

The salary for this position is approximately 30,000 per annum.
